Standard package. Price: 480 Euros. Annual fee 800 Euros.

The Complete package includes:

• Incorporation of your company from scratch using our registered office address, our nominee director and we will appoint your own candidate(s) to the role of sole owner and/or shareholders;
• Standard capital on formation is 2 BGN;
• Formation of a limited company usually takes as little as couple of hours to two days from the time that your application and payment are received by LM Legal Services. Please note that because of the high load of the Bulgarian Commercial Register till the end of 2011 this process might take up to two weeks;
• State fees for incorporation;
• Provision of a registered office address for 12 months is included in the price of this package (our registered office address service is charged annually);
• Provision of a nominee director for 12 months is also included in the price of this package (our nominee director service is charged annually);
• Mail forwarding;
• Provision of basic annual bookkeeping and accountancy services (this service is charged annually);
• Full set of documents, which need to be printed, signed and certified, will be emailed to you upon formation of your company. You will receive also signed, undated resignation letter from the nominee director and agreement for the provision of nominee service.
