This package includes:

• Registration of your company from scratch using your own registered office address, and appoint your own candidates to the roles of director(s), sole owner and/or shareholders;
• Standard capital for formation, which is 2 BGN;
• Formation of a limited liability company usually takes as little as couple of hours up to two days from the time that your documentation and payment are received by LM Legal Services. Please note that due to the high load of the Bulgarian Commercial Register till the end of 2011 this process might take up to two or even three weeks;
• State fees for incorporation;
• Preparation of the full set of documents, which need to be printed, signed and certified, will be emailed to you upon formation of your company.
